← Ferrari LaFerrari FXX-K Race Car Shipped to ItalyThe LaFerrari FXX-K wasn’t the only race car shipped to Italy, the 599XX came along for the journey.
The 599XX is a track only monster based on Ferrari’s 599 GTB Fiorano. With an upgraded V12 now pumping out 720hp, this car set the fastest time ever recorded for a production-derived sports car on the Nordschleife circuit. And with the rev limiter raised to 9000rpm, it sounds absolutely mental.
The LaFerrari FXX-K is one of the rarest and most exclusive supercars in the world, with only 29 ever built. This is due to the fact that the FXX-K is not intended for road use, but rather it is a track-only model that is designed for Ferrari's exclusive Corse Clienti program. This program is reserved for Ferrari's most loyal and dedicated customers, who are able to purchase the FXX-K and other exclusive models directly from the factory. The FXX-K is also extremely expensive, with a price tag of over $3 million, making it out of reach for most enthusiasts. However, for those lucky enough to own one, the FXX-K offers an unparalleled driving experience and represents the pinnacle of Ferrari's engineering and performance capabilities.
Considering only 29 of these were ever built, we do hope this one returns to the states in the future.
