Cars are safely collected using open or enclosed car carriers, and transported to a loading facility where they are securely loaded inside a shipping container by an experienced team. Cars are loaded into shipping containers, which are then trucked to the port and placed on an ocean vessel. Transit times vary anywhere from 7 days on the water, towards up to 60 days depending on the destination. How much does it cost to ship a car overseas?

Overseas destination charges for cars range around $500 to $800 per car and are not included in the shipping cost
Once your car arrives overseas, it must first be accepted by one of our agents at the destination port as part of the international car shipment process. The agent will arrange to truck the container from the port to their facility where the car is safely unloaded. Destination charges are approximately $550 for each car, depending on the destination and services provided. While we recommend certain overseas agents, you can use your own agent at the destination.
The agent can help clear import customs and any modifications required for the vehicle to be eligible for road use. They can also provide guidance on temporary insurance and registration.
