Electric Cars Exempt From VAT & Excise Duty In Ukraine For 2018

Effective January 1st, 2018 electric cars imported to Ukraine will no longer be charge any VAT or excise duty. The latest ruling establishes Ukraine as one of the top destinations for electric car imports. Electric cars were previously subject to a 20% VAT and 109 euro excise duty.
